Hi, I'm Shannon!

My journey to become a Doula started when I became pregnant with twins and realized what support I really needed during that time and during the postpartum period. I trained through Rocky Mountain Doula and have been on a mission to help all types of families into parenthood. I specialize in multiples but am here for everyone. My mindset as your Doula is to provide you with a mind, body, spirit birth and to follow you through your own experience and be a helping hand. I am also a certified behavioral nutrition practitioner, and can provide meal plans for the postpartum period.

I live with my husband, my twin son and daughter and our two dogs. I love fitness; crossfit, yoga, dance and anything outdoors. I am passionate about whole health.
